Shipment
Standard shipping can take 7-14 business days and express may take 1-5 business days; this situation is in charge of an external company to us and its courier times are determined according to the saturation in its delivery lines; therefore, compliance with the times is the responsibility of the transport company and the Club de Beca is not responsible.
Club de Beca only contracts the service requested by the client.
The cost for shipping is extra to the cost of the products and these may vary depending on the location within the Mexican Republic.

Yes we are responsible for defective products, within the first 3 days of receipt. As long as the product is unused.
Returns :
Yes, if the product is not what you expected, there are returns. The only thing you have to do is go to the Contact page and send us a message explaining the reason for your return and send the product back to an address that we will provide you, but the product must be new and in perfect condition.
You will have a period of fifteen days for the refund to be made; after 15 days no returns are accepted.
*** Shipping charges when you send the return package will be the responsibility of the buyer; while the shipping charges when the product is exchanged and returned to the buyer, they are paid by us.
